Therapy is not about forcing change or rushing toward answers. Healing unfolds gradually, one step at a time.

Healing often begins when we have the opportunity to slow down and make sense of our experiences with curiosity and compassion. As we explore your story together, new perspectives will emerge, bringing greater understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life.

Explore

We will begin with your present experience. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply sensing that something in your life isn't quite the way you'd like it to be, therapy offers a space to slow down, explore, and begin to understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.

Discover

As we explore your experiences together, you may begin to recognize ways of relating, protecting yourself, or moving through the world that developed for good reasons no longer serve you as they once did. As these patterns become clearer, new possibilities emerge, creating space to respond to yourself and others with greater freedom, compassion, and intention.

Grow

As you begin to understand yourself in new ways, you may discover a greater sense of agency and freedom in how you respond to yourself, your relationships, and the challenges of life. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different; it's about living with greater intention, deeper connection, and in ways that feel more true to who you are.

You don’t have to find your way alone

Wherever you find yourself today, it would be an honor to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care.

Perspectives that guide my work

Every person brings a unique story, history, and set of experiences into therapy. Rather than relying on a single approach, I draw from several therapeutic frameworks that help us understand your experiences from different perspectives. Together, these approaches allow us to explore not only what's happening in your life today, but also the deeper influences that may be shaping how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is the foundation of my work. It is grounded in the belief that greater self-understanding can lead to meaningful and lasting change. Together, we'll explore how past experiences, important relationships, and recurring patterns may continue to influence your present life. As these connections become clearer, new possibilities for living with greater freedom, intention, and authenticity can begin to emerge.

Attachment Theory

Attachment Theory helps us understand how our earliest relationships shape the ways we experience connection, trust, and closeness throughout our lives. By exploring these patterns with curiosity and compassion, therapy can create opportunities to build more secure and fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems invites us to approach every part of ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment. Whether those parts are protective, critical, anxious, or wounded, each has developed for a reason. As we better understand them, we can begin relating to ourselves with greater compassion and balance.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Emotionally Focused Therapy emphasizes the importance of emotional connection in our relationships. Whether working with individuals or couples, this approach helps identify the underlying emotions and needs that shape our interactions, creating opportunities for greater understanding, responsiveness, and connection.
