Psychodynamic therapist Kelsey Moll in Seattle.

Hi! I’m Kelsey

I was drawn to this work through my own experience in therapy, where I discovered there was more to life than the black-and-white box I had been living in. As I came to understand myself more deeply, I found greater freedom, deeper self-trust, and a more compassionate relationship with myself.

That experience changed the course of my life. It inspired me to become a therapist and continues to shape the way I approach this work, with humility, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's unique story.

Because of this, I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, explore with curiosity, and meet ourselves with compassion. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about creating space to better understand ourselves and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and the world around us. My hope is to offer a steady, thoughtful presence where that process can unfold naturally.

Those who know me often describe me as thoughtful, grounded, and deeply present. My role isn't to tell you who to become, but to walk alongside you with warmth and care as you discover what feels most true to you. If this approach resonates with you, I'd be honored to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Beyond Therapy

Outside of my work as a therapist, I feel most grounded while hiking on a quiet mountain trail with my good dog, watching the sun set over the Puget Sound, listening to the birds sing in my backyard, or spending quality time with my family.

These moments invite me to slow down, be fully present, and notice the beauty and quiet wonder woven into everyday life. They continue to shape the energy, intention, and presence I bring to both my life and my work.
