Individual therapy

Individual therapy is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, burnout, or simply sensing that something in your life isn't quite right, therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and connected.

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and cost $175

Couples therapy

Relationships naturally move through seasons of closeness and disconnection. Conflict or past hurt can shape the ways you relate to one another and it can become difficult to feel seen or understood by your partner. Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of these patterns, and begin creating new ways of relating to one another.
